Amenra → 9.30pm

With 'Mass VI', released earlier in 2017, Amenra confirmed their status as one of the most influential acts in Belgium. In fact, Amenra is no longer a band, it is a concept. Standard bearers of the contemporary alternative metal and vanguard of the sinister service called Church of Ra, which unites likeminded bands such as Oathbreaker and The Black Heart Rebellion.

Amenra's sludge metal cuts deep and is brutally emotional. A continuous coping process of the band members' dark experiences. Supported by thick walls of guitar sounds, frontman Colin H. Van Eeckhout searches for his physical and spiritual boundaries. Nonetheless, Amenra is relieving, as pain is one of the many ways towards healing.

Amenra is currently one of the most intense live bands. Their scarce concerts bring an overwhelming experience, a must-have on your bucket list. Chances are fairly high, you'll come out a different person.

Alkerdeel → 8.30pm

Alkerdeel’s gritty metal honours the sounds of classics such as Darkthrone, Burning Witch and Blut Aus Nord, and supplements it with sparkles of psychedelica and noise. With their heavy sound, supported by the dissonant guitars, droning bass and hypnotizing blastbeats characterizing the genre, they are considered top-tier of the underground black metal scene.

Alkerdeel’s last album 'Lede', was released in 2016 on Consouling Sounds. Shortly after, they curated an edition of ‘Inspired By Black Metal’ in the AB and were invited to Roadburn. However, their shows remain scarce yet equally impressive.

Hellvete → 7.45pm

Hellvete is Glen Steenkiste’s alter ego. He earned his stripes with the drone folk collective Silvester Anfang and the free psych band Sylvester Anfang II. As Hellvete, Steenkiste explores minimalism and old folk music by means of the harmonium and Shruti box, resulting in mesmerizing drones.
